History

With a vision to see lives changed through the Word of God, a young evangelist began preaching on street corners in cities across the state of Louisiana. With boldness and fire, this young evangelist sought peace in the midst of a storm…a crime ridden area where hope was not even sought. For months this young evangelist witnessed from apartment to apartment, house to house and street to street, in tents, in revivals and across the nation. The message was clear, repent and go a different way, the Way of the Father.

Soon people came from far and wind to hear this message. A church was birthed from the streets. Executive Park was the location and soon an area once known as murder mall city; dark houses, was now receiving light through the Word of God. The vessel, Pastor Evangelist Ralph Neil Moore, Sr. evoked change by simply having a consistent presence in a place where no one wanted to go. He hit the streets and assembled a team of volunteers to walk with him. The voice went forth from place to place and the Word was out, no more killing, no more blood shed, no more bad news, only the good news, the good news of Jesus Christ. The church grew and this team of warriors moved to a larger location in the same area, 6940 Harry Drive, the current location of Victory and Power Ministries.

For over twenty (20) years now, the message has been the same, change only comes through the Word of God. And now murder mall city is know miracle city, no longer Bon Marche but Bon Carre. The voice, Dr. Ralph Neil Moore is still preaching the pure, uncut, unadulterated Word of God on the streets, in the homes, in the businesses and to all who have an ear to hear. The vision, take back the streets for Jesus. The vision, if you build it, the people will come. The vision, expanding the territory via the airways, radio, television, and win people for Christ. The vision, wait on it, for surely it shall come to pass.  The vision, Victory and Power Ministries…the name says it all.
