Pastor Evangelist Ralph Neil Moore, Sr. is a native of Zachary, Louisiana. He obtained his formal education in the Zachary Public Schools and later obtained degrees in marketing, communications and business from Southern University A & M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Prior to accepting the call to preach under the leadership of Bishop Eugene Harris and the New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church, Pastor Moore worked in the sales/marketing, communications and logistics industries. At an early age, jobs, careers were never an issue but life challenges were many; the loss of a mother due to cancer, the loss of a sister and the lure of the streets. With many challenges ensuing daily, Pastor Moore mastered the Word of God with a passion simply to see souls saved through the Word of God. Every experience was a life lesson, a testimony and preempt to the birthing of an awesome evangelistic ministry.

As time went on, Pastor Moore accepted the call from God. And, with a boldness to evangelize, he hit the streets, the small towns, the universities, the prisons, the hospitals, and spread the good news of Jesus Christ. God called Pastor Moore to some of the harshest areas of Baton Rouge, areas many were afraid to go. But, as the numerous newspaper and television reports note, many of the areas that were once wrought with the negatives, obstacles, crime were changed because the Word of God was preached morning, noon and night on the streets by a young evangelist who talked the talk and walked the walk, Pastor Ralph Neil Moore. And, what was once called Bone Marche or “murder mall city” was changed into Miracle City simply by Pastor Moore preaching and teaching non stop the uncompromised Word of God.

For over twenty years now, Pastor Moore has traveled to cities around the nation from Las Vegas to Baltimore, from Michigan to Mississippi preaching and teaching the Word of God. And, for the past 15 years, Pastor Moore has been the CEO of WPFC 1550 AM, a 5000 watt gospel radio, radio internet station bringing forth the gospel from Woodville, Mississippi to 14 parishes in Louisiana and even to points in Memphis, Tennessee. And, with the addition of radio internet, WPFC 1550 AM is able to broadcast the gospel morning, noon and night all over the world, from Australia, to China, from Africa to the Middle East.  Pastor Moore is CEO of Elshaddai Broadcasting Company which promotes quality television programming such as Iron Sharpen Iron- a 30 minute talk show that profiles movers, shakers, unsung heroes, business owners, positive news for a positive people and the Victory & Power Ministries television broadcast.

With a heart for the all business owners and giving back to the community, Pastor Moore is visionary to the System of One where business owners from all over the state and every industry come together and learn principals, strategies and information on how networking can increase net worth and strengthen their business through the principles of communication, relationship, referrals, marketing and media.

Although there are many great accomplishments as noted above, Pastor Moore’s greatest accomplishment is being husband to Judge Tameka Johnson Moore, dad to Ralph Neil Moore, Sr. and Jairus Jonathan Moore. An avid sportsman, coach, orator, writer, marketing executive, CEO, pastor, evangelist, husband and father, Dr. Moore simply put boldly preaches the uncompromised Word of God with clarity, conciseness, consistency, truth, anointing and fire.
